1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using optimiser.pro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is operated by Sanjow Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”).

2. Description of Service

optimiser.pro is an experimentation platform that provides A/B testing, feature flag management, funnel analytics, and cohort analysis tools. We offer both free and paid subscription plans.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Pricing & Billing

Free tier: up to 100k events per month at no cost. Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed in EUR and are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of your data. We do not sell, share, or use your data to train AI models. You may export your data at any time in CSV or JSON format. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with the Service's operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
