1. What We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Service: account information (email, name), experiment configurations, event data you send to our SDK, and standard server logs (IP address, browser type).

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to provide and improve the Service. We use event data to compute experiment results, statistical significance, and funnel metrics. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or AI model training.

3. Data Storage & Security

Data is stored in EU-based data centres. We use encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

4. Data Retention

Scrappy (free): 30-day retention. Operator: 1-year retention. Studio: unlimited retention. You may export or delete your data at any time. Upon account cancellation, data is purged within 30 days.

5. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) as necessary to operate the Service, and only under strict data processing agreements.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Our SDK sets a first-party cookie for experiment assignment — this is necessary for consistent variant delivery.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
